The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

pak735's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Where pak735 closes an account on the basis of prohibited conduct, the Company is under no obligation to provide detailed reasons beyond confirming the relevant breach category under these Terms.

All content on the pak735 platform — including but not limited to the pak735 logo, brand name, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak735 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the pak735 platform without prior written permission from the Company.

• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak735's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
